Healthcare in Brazil 

You have arrived at our Healthcare project page, so I guess you may be a Medical Student, Doctor, Nurse or Healthcare professional and looking for a very rewarding placement.

 You may contribute directly to your area of interest, or perhaps learn about and experience a related or other healthcare discipline.

Help is needed in general medicine, community healthcare, pharmacy, nursing, nutrition,social work, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dentistry, accident and emergency,  maternity, cancer care, pediatrics, radiology, physiotherapy, surgery, womens and childrens health.

You may be hospital or community based, if you have a preference please tell us.

Our healthcare program is in partnership with local health authorities in Recife and Olinda, in addition to a cancer trust hospital and a women`s and children`s hospital. you will be based in either Recife or Olinda, Pernambuco, north-east Brazil.

The program fee includes homestay accommodation with a Brazilian family, 2 meals per day, airport pick-up, Portuguese language class(s), pre-departure and in-country support, orientation and placement.
